Brief summary - The Corporation was founded in 1977 in Raydah District, Amran Governorate. It was concerned with the internal foodstuff trade. At the beginning of the eighties, the Corporation’s activity expanded to the external import of food and plastic materials, specifically from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and with the end of the nineties and the beginning of the second millennium, the corporation’s activity increased to include obtaining exclusive agencies as well as importing products with trademarks belonging to the Corporation and joining logistics field.
